Recipe Week – Day 3 – Mexican Dip

If you haven’t noticed the trend yet, all my recipes are labeled EASY.  Because that’s how I like it.  Here’s an oldy but goody from days past.  Perfect for almost any kind of party or gathering. 

Three cans refried beans ( 2 vegetarian and 1 with green chilies).
1 pkg taco seasoning
8 oz sour cream
12 oz jar chunky salsa (medium)
sliced black olives
chopped tomato
chopped lettuce
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese (used sargento 4 cheese mexican)

Mix beans together and spread in bottom of pan.  Mix taco seasoning and sour cream together, spread over top of beans.  Pour and spread salsa over sour cream.  Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of sour cream, lettuce, olives and tomato tops it. 

If you like other ingredients, it is very very flexible, can use guacomole dip, meat, jalapenos, avocado, just anything you like.

Now I need to have a party!
